Why use a professional tree consultant?

The most appropriate qualification to hold is LANTRA’s Professional Tree Inspection certificate. In addition, a professional tree consultant will adhere to industry standards and best practices, such as the Arboricultural Association’s Code of Conduct. Dr Stuart Glen, Principal Consultant at Callophrys Tree Consultancy, holds the Professional Tree Inspection certificate and is a member of the Arboricultural Association.

What type of surveys?

Callophrys Tree Consultancy offers a range of ground-based tree-related surveys, including tree inventories, Visual Tree Assessment (Stage 1), and BS5837 inspections as standard.

Where do you operate?

Based in Cumbernauld, most of our clients are within Central Scotland. However, Callophrys Tree Consultancy routinely works throughout the United Kingdom.

Do you have insurance?

Yes. Callophrys Tree Consultancy holds Public Liability Insurance of up to £2 million and Professional Indemnity Insurance of up to £500,000.

Do you carry out rudimentary tree work?

No. Callophrys Tree Consultancy is purely a consultancy service and does not undertake any tree work.
